Goldenbay Hotel Website Terms of Use.

Article 1 Purpose of this Agreement

1. These Terms and Conditions are for the purpose of defining the homepage and the rights and responsibilities of the users in using the Internet related services provided by Goldenbay homepage.

Article 2 Accommodation Registration Procedures

Guests are kindly requested to register at the hotel front desk at the hotel on the day of stay as follows:

1. Article 3 (1)
2. Passport number and visa type for foreigners, arrival date in Korea
3. Date of Birth for Koreans
4. Departure Date
5. Other information deemed necessary by the hotel

Article 3 Accommodation Refusal

Goldenbay Hotel may refuse accommodation if:

1. If the lodging request is not based on this agreement
2. If the room is not available due to unavailability
3. If the customer who wishes to stay is deemed to be in contravention of the law of accommodation or the violation of public order or morals
4. If the customer you want to stay is clearly identified as an infectious disease
5. Other information deemed necessary by the hotel
6. When you request unnecessary compensation for accommodation
7. Pets, dangerous drugs, explosives or weapons are recognized as having possession.
8. If accommodation is not available due to natural disasters, breakdown of facilities, or other unavoidable circumstances
9. If it is deemed impossible to stay as prescribed by the Korean law, etc.

Article 4 Specification of Name, Etc.

1. Name, gender, nationality and occupation of the guest
2. Other matters deemed necessary by the hotel

Article 5 Check-in and check-out time

1. Check-in time is 2 pm.
2. Check-out time is 12 noon.

Article 6 Payment

1. Payments must be made at the hotel front desk at the time of departure or upon request by our hotel, by travelers' checks, coupons, or credit cards accepted by the hotel. However, personal checks are not handled.
2. You will be charged for your stay even if you have not used your room after you started using the room.
3. Extra charges may apply if the number of guests is added.

Article 7 Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. If the customer is not confirmed or if the reservation is canceled on the date of stay, the reservation will be charged for one night's guaranteed reservation.
2. Cancellations and changes are subject to change 24 hours prior to arrival date.
3. Cancellation on the day will be charged 100% per night.

Article 8 Accommodation Liability

1. Responsibility for staying at the Goldenbay Hotel is the responsibility of the guests when they register at the hotel front desk and when they are informed of the room, and when the guest leaves the room, It's possible.
2. The hotel does not take any responsibility for any accidents that may occur, as the hotel does not comply with the rules of use provided by the hotel.
3. Goldenbay Hotel will arrange the same or better accommodation if the guest can not provide the room after guaranteeing the accommodation and compensate 100% of the first day's accommodation fee.

Article 9 Acquisition and Return of Room Key Card

1. Guests must take the room key at the front desk upon enrollment and return the key card to the front cashier with payment at the time of departure.
2. Guests are required to notify the front desk of the loss of their room keys during their stay.
3. If the guest holds the room key and checks out, he / she must return it to the hotel promptly by post or other means without delay.

Article 10 Obligations of the Goldenbay Website

1. The Goldenbay website shall not do any act that is prohibited by laws and regulations, or against the public good or morals, and shall endeavor to provide the goods and services continuously and reliably as stipulated in these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Goldenbay website must have a security system to protect your personal information (including credit information) so that users can use the Internet service safely.
3. The Goldenbay website is liable to compensate users for damages caused by unlawful display and advertising activities prescribed in Article 3 of the "Act on Fairness of Display and Advertisement" for goods and services.
